Upgraded to a cedar plank cover with a supporting substructure that gave strength and drainage away from the crawlspace access area
Old deck made of plywood. No drainage caused water pooling and wood rot.
Redesigned deck with drainage and since, this is a balcony deck, safety was a concern, so sealed with skid resistant stain.
